His friend Rayburn brings him to Mexico City to protect 9-year-old Pita Ramos, the daughter of industrialist Samuel Ramos and his wife Lisa. Initially, Creasy is reluctant to be a bodyguard, especially for a child, but he accepts the job due to a lack of other options. He finds it difficult to connect with Pita, who bombards him with questions about himself and his past. Gradually, she breaks through his tough facade, and he begins to open up to her. However, Creasy’s newfound sense of purpose is shattered when Pita is kidnapped.
