“In the eternal battle between good, evil, and heavy metal, only Nicky can save Earth…and maybe Hell.”

Little Nicky 2 (2025) rises from the fiery pits of Hell to deliver another blast of absurd humor, demonic antics, and Adam Sandler’s signature goofy charm. Directed by Steven Brill, the sequel picks up over two decades after Nicky first saved both Earth and the underworld, proving that even the Devil’s son can be an unlikely hero.
Now living a surprisingly peaceful life in New York City, Nicky is married to Valerie and trying to raise their teenage son, Damien. But Hell is thrown into chaos once again when Lucifer announces his retirement, sparking a power struggle among Nicky’s power-hungry siblings. To make matters worse, an ambitious demon named Bael plots to conquer both Hell and Earth using a cursed streaming app that brainwashes millions.

Adam Sandler returns as the sweet, awkward, and slightly bizarre Nicky, complete with his scratchy voice and half-burned hairdo. Patricia Arquette reprises her role as Valerie, bringing warmth and comedic chemistry, while new cast members like Pete Davidson (as rebellious son Damien) and Maya Rudolph (as a sassy demon secretary) add fresh energy and modern humor to the infernal chaos.
True to the original, Little Nicky 2 serves up a blend of slapstick comedy, silly special effects, and heavy metal cameos—including surprise appearances by Ozzy Osbourne and members of Metallica. Yet beneath the demonic gags lies a surprisingly sweet story about family, responsibility, and finding the courage to stand up for what’s right—even when you’re half-demon.

Though critics will surely debate whether the sequel’s humor hits or misses, fans of Adam Sandler’s unique brand of comedy will find Little Nicky 2 a hellishly fun ride. It’s proof that the fires of Hell might burn eternal, but laughter burns even brighter.
